I watched that Fresh Prince episode when I was a teenager and omg...I hv a very complicated relationship with a very difficult dad so it really hit home. No other parent related episode or arc from any other show has hit me as hard as the Fresh Prince one (that I can remember lol). Man, itβs making me miss that show. Did all 3 of you already watch it? Would love to rewatch that show with you guys here actually...

And I think the absentee father helps explain why Nick is the way he is, but I also think Jess is right in that he couldβve turned out much worse. Iβm just SO excited for this next stretch of episodes. The next one is one of my personal favorites!!
