Barry & Iris are just so close that that’s just natural for them even Barry didn’t think anything of it + Iris had been suppressing her feelings for so long and hadn’t realized it until everyone was pointing it out to her in this episode, she wasn’t trying to hurt Eddie or Linda she was just oblivious to her own feelings
