a lot of the complaints that you have about this season so far, are apart of the many reasons that dexter fans dislike the 'ending' of the show. btw she has to be one of the worst doctors ever. All of her patients that we've seen so far have still been crazy as hell like wtf does she actually do?

2021-07-21 22:35:59 +0000 UTCI kinda agree with you on the reveal of the son. It was sorta “meh”. I mean adding a bad guy near the end of the show, who supposedly always had a connection to one of the main characters of the last season, is as you say a bit lazy. Kinda like Vogel being added at the last season and supposedly always being important for Dexter's life. So I can understand where you're coming from. Deb caving in to Dexter on Hannah isn't too far fetched (considering she straight up murdered an innocent person for him), but it certainly fetl too easy. I mean Dexter didn't even have to convince her. He just asked her and sh said yes. That seemed a bit cheap to me. Although I liked the dynamic between Hannah and Deb in that one scene they shared alone. The most important thing to come from this episode is Dexter's realization that he wants to leave everything behind and start a life somewhere else with Harrison and Hannah. Tha shows that as a character he has grown to the point where an emotional attachment with someone else has created urges and feelings stronger than his need to kill. At least that's how it seems at this point. But I would say this is a 7-8 probably.
