Also as for Alec being worried about Jace. Yes he is but also you have to remember. Alec and Jace are Parabatai. I’m not sure if you have been paying attention to the emphasis they have been putting on that. When Alec said if Jace died he would mentally and physically feel it, he was serious. The Parabatai Bond is a choice that two Shadowhunters make to tie themselves together. Not to excuse Alec for taking out his frustrations on Magnus but to explain it’s not solely about having romantic feelings for Jace. If Alec had never looked at Jace romantically, he would still be completely stressed out, worried because Jace is his Parabatai.
