Juliette and Avery are great in my opinion because they started out as friends. Juliette has never truly loved any man bc they all either used her or weren't truly into her. But Avery is a real friend to her, she knows she can trust him. That makes them different. And now that Avery and Scarlett are broken up, why not give it a chance? You can clearly see that Avery has been with Scarlett more to fix the past and not really bc he is in love with her so much.
