2021-08-19 15:48:23 +0000 UTCIn Kate's defense, when Marie says "People have to die for things to change." it does sound like brainwashed thinking. I could see how a person you've grown up with saying things out of character can put you in a state of denial. I thought that whole sequence was realistic. Someone you're close to committing an evil act, basically admitting it to you, and you still wanting to believe that they didn't do it of their own free will. That the person you've known your whole life was capable of such a thing is impossible. The main characters on this show are going to do their thing but it's the side characters that really make the show shine. Another banger episode and reaction. If you want to put out 24 reactions more frequently I won't be mad.
