People explained the Liam/Sarah situation very well. But just to clarify more things about the Sarah/Callie conversation, yes Sarah was talking about Liam. Callie knew that already, but she slipped up by saying his name, when Sarah had not yet said his name. Callie tried to cover up her own slip-up, but it freaked Sarah out enough to walk away. Wyatt was super concerning in this episode, and in spite of all of that, I still really like him and Callie together, not even necessarily in a romantic way. I just like when they are there for each other.

2021-08-28 06:03:12 +0000 UTCEveryone has already explained the Sarah/Liam thing, so I'll leave that be. But wow, I loved this episode. I got so worried when I saw Wyatt go in with the axe/sledgehammer/whatever and Callie followed after him. I was like "oh girl no...." but her speech to him was so well done, about it just being a house and not the memories. It was great to see that from her perspective of never having had a home before. I thought it was a nice character moment for her. I always feel so bad for Lexie during this entire storyline. You can tell Mariana didn't think before she spoke, and regretted it after when she was in bed hugging the bear her mom had given her. She's still so young. That coupled with being drunk, she didn't think before speaking and now so many people are going to be affected by what she said. The Stef/Her Father moments were intense. I get his apology at the end, and I love what he said about his actions having been the real sin, but he still never apologized for his attitude towards Stef/Lena and Stef is really hurt by his words and actions. Him popping in for dinner always felt less like him coming to apologize and more like him trying to stir the pot. And what right did he have to try to lecture Lexie's parents about their beliefs/relationship with their religion? That scene is always tough to watch. Overall, a very good episode!

2021-08-28 05:24:44 +0000 UTCSarah is currently Liam's foster sister, she's living in his house with him & his parents. The same foster home that Callie was in previously. Callie realized in group therapy that Sarah was staying with Liam's family, and invited her to hang out -- seemingly to question her about the family/Liam. We don't know yet exactly what Callie's concerns are, but Sarah & Liam were both clearly bothered by Callie asking questions.

2021-08-28 04:38:00 +0000 UTCEarlier in the episode when Sarah is speaking in group, she mentions the last name of the new foster family she's staying with. That new family is Liam's family, the previous foster home that Callie used to stay in. But later on when Callie starts talking to Sarah about the family, Sarah keeps it vague, never mentioning the name of her foster brother. So when Callie says Liam's name, which Sarah never mentioned, she's freaked/weirded out by it. I believe this is spoiler free.
