You either really like this show, or don't. There will most likely be something that you don't like at multiple points in this show. There are things I don't agree with (like this frank and karen situation) but I don't let it take away from the amazingness of this show. This family is different, they are NOT a normal family. They are very dysfunctional, to say the least. Lastly, this show is great at throwing curveballs & and will never fail to shock you.

2021-09-15 23:16:29 +0000 UTCThis is one of my favorite shows and I'm glad you're reacting to it. Sometimes it sounds like you're going through culture shock and that's amusing. Its so interesting to me how people of different social class can live completely different lives. I'd recommend you lean more into why these characters think and act the way they do. Don't always go with your first assumption.

2021-09-15 15:46:13 +0000 UTCThere's always gonna be things that rub you the wrong way in this show. Personally I love Karen as a character but I don't love all of her plot points. I love the character Debbie, especially in the first few seasons when she this age because she just so wholesome and sweet and doesn't fully understand what's going on. Basically in the way the most innocent. Frank's story lines will push you to a new level of awkwardness, but they're also some great plot lines and he does his character so well. I also love the ending where Debbie buys the water heater for them. It's also so mature for her age and that's because of how they live. You can see how it effects each person in the household. I love v because she is always there to help them for what they need I also love kev Bc even tho he always be mad at whatever they're using of his hes still always there. The acting in this show is outstanding. Truly some of the best I've seen. I can't wait to see your reactions to the rest!
