Ik I’m not the only one who gets chills about the real life implications of the lynchpin theory. Something like this actually happening scare me. But awesome reaction tho

2021-09-23 18:00:55 +0000 UTCI think Beckett was asking Sofia about Castle bc he didn't have a lot of meaningful relationships in the past - maybe two or three. But she knows these ladies already and what their relationship with Castle was like, but she wanted to know if Sofia was one of Castle's one night stands or if there was something deeper. Because Beckett is very afraid to define what her and Castle are and so she's just looking for any sort of sign.

2021-09-19 17:20:41 +0000 UTCThe Sofia relationship stuff was meant to show part of the reason Beckett is cautious about really going there with Castle. She is afraid of it not meaning as much to him as it will to her. But considering all they have been through together I feel Beckett should know what Castle feels for her is real. The rest of the season is building to what Castle/Beckett could be in terms of their relationship and what is happening with Beckett's mom case. It all culminates into what I believe is Castle's best season finale. The mention of Castle's father wasn't just a random thing Sofia said. It will come back again next season
