Also about Felicity: I think she was not saying to Ray Oliver is more important. I always saw it as: yeah I know but we also have to find a way to save Oliver too. I agree her whole personality in S3 being tied to Oliver and not as much to her own growth bugged me just as much, but in this instance I think she was just desperate to save everybody including Oliver.

2021-09-22 07:46:10 +0000 UTCSeason 4 is not very liked amongst fans that's true, but everybody has to make up their own opinion. It's not my least favorite for example but yeah not one of my faves either. It's always personal perception. I think the first half of S4 is actually quite good. I won't go into it further bc of spoilers, but maybe just find it out for yourself ;) I think S3 had its ups and downs, but I didn't find it super bad. I think I just personally don't like it when Oliver goes on his "I have to walk this path alone"-think train. As if he hadn't learned in S2 how him letting people in and being a part of his plans is a real life-saver. That's why I think Ras was the villain they chose for this season, so that Oliver can go through his identity crisis bc Ras forced that on him and I guess that was Ras's impact.

2021-09-22 07:45:37 +0000 UTCFor me Season 3 and 4 kinda suffers a similar fate it just didn’t hit all the way for me but S4 is better and it does have some really good top tier moments but up to that point of the series season 1&2 are still superior to 3&4 Lmaooo listen the Felicity stuff is a real head scratcher and i said it before the second half of this season lowkey was the beginning of the Felicity split with fans if I remember correctly

I appreciate that they hear the viewers out, every now and then, but i dont want them to let that negativity cloud their perspective. Especially with the nerd fan-bases. I mean, he said he'll go into season 4 with a fresh perspective. But i think we all know, from experience, once you hear the negative murmurs, that it becomes difficult not to just wait for the disappointing things that may or may not occur in a tv show.

2021-09-22 04:35:43 +0000 UTCSeason 4 to me was actually a pretty good season and I like it better than season 3. You shouldn't go with what people say about stuff. Watch it and see if you like it. Season 3 actually is my least favorite season of the series. I can tell you that season 4 is better and has a lot of surprises and twists.
