Your reaction was pretty much mine when I first saw it. Mitch and Cam made me cry when I first saw it and I still teared up now. Jay is being a really awesome grandpa and I love it. I can’t WAIT for season 4!! Thanks for the reaction, David!

It has the touching element of Jay helping Lily out with her dance recital, the comedy-drama of Claire & Phil dealing with Haley's plans, the hilarity of the telenovela in the Mexican hospital, the genuine sadness of Mitch & Cam deciding to give up on adding to their family right now.... And most of all the wonderful twist at the last moment, that the baby we've been anticipating all season, and announced in the title of this episode, is not going to be in the Mitch/Cam household, but in the Jay/Gloria one! Brilliant.
