Maybe a hot take but I think the Brody relationship never getting room to breath was on purpose. I don't think we were ever supposed to root for them or want them. I think the show runners wanted us to view Brody as the obstacle keeping us from Finn/Rachel and so they went out of their way to purposely try and make it so we didn't like the relationship between him and Rachel

they kissed in front of everyone, if i saw this i would be gossiping about it and the entire school would know about it in the hour wtf

rachel's relationship(s) are really messy but they're kinda the reality of being a young women... she had her high school love for so long and then she went to a new big city and found a hot guy! she's finally into her "having fun and growing up" relationship! but maybe she was trapped too fast into the "open relationship" thing and now she's seeing her high school love again... she's 18/19 and tbh i think what's happening might be crazy for some people but i only see a young women trying to learn and grow! she's getting control over her body and discovering what she wants/don't want

anytime a reactor is watching glee we let them know when cory’s last episode is so they can be aware and appreciate the last scenes with him. you should really delete your comment because that’s messed up that you think a person dying in real life is a spoiler alert to a show

gabby

if you think an actor dying is a spoiler alert you’re sick in the head. he knows cory monteith died. it’s a real life thing not a plot for the show. please seek help

gabby

why would you type this and spoil like that....delete

I do have to agree that the writers sometimes seem to be all over the place wish they were as good in the later seasons as they were in the first 3 seasons. But I still love the show!

I really liked this episode for mostly the scenes with Rachel and Finn, It was the last time they did a duet together and really the last major episode they were a part of. I still miss Corey Monteith and I watch this episode a lot because you could see the love they had for each other in real life! You can pick apart every episode of Glee there is always something fans are upset about or disappointed about. I love this show and Rachel and Finn was one of my favorite couples.

I was hoping watching the later seasons of Glee through David's reaction would help me like the episodes more, but sadly that was not the case with this episode. I didn't enjoy it when I watched it live years ago, and I didn't like it now. That is not to say there are not good episodes to come, but goodness this season is a struggle, and I hate it because I do love the show and the original characters.

The Rachel/Brody relationship is actually very disappointing. The Glee writers had a real shot at portraying polyamory/having an open relationship, but they just made it look like a joke. It's really annoying and just another obstacle for Finn/Rachel. I love Finn/Rachel, but everything doesn't have to be about them, especially this season. I was surprised they took up so much of this episode to center them, when they have spent the last ten episodes, pushing the other away. Everything else, I quite liked, even Emma leaving Will at the altar. It feels like they're making it about Finn, although it's definitely not.

I Am Not Chamari

and he didn’t like it:( welppppp this was the last episode i kinda enjoy for awhile. also Finn’s last episode is in 5 episodes so make sure you give him a little appreciation moment when you can.

I actually generally really like this episode. While I personally don't like the Tina having feelings for Blaine just like I didn't like Kurt having feelings for Finn and both not understanding boundaries. It's very true to my personal experiences. Half of my good female friends through high school and university have made serious and unwanted advances (several absolutely would be viewed as sexual assault by todays standards) on me. And a couple of them it took a while before they really got the message. While there have been straight guys I've been attracted too, I personally never had feelings towards them, but about a 1/4 of my gay friends absolutely love the idea of converting a straight guy (something that just seems utterly pointless to me). Quinn's character has traditionally been all over the place, so nothing about how they portray her has ever surprised me after season, especially after the start of season 3. I don't think the show has ever gave the impression that Rachel and Brodie truly deeply care about each other. And clearly they confirm that its an open relationship. Of course the since she wasn't open about it, is what makes it wrong. Since Kurt is upfront that they aren't dating, and not together he isn't really using Blaine. But I think its clear that Kurt does absolutely have feelings for Blaine. It's just I don't think he's ready to be in a relationship with him. Which since he's upfront makes a lot of sense. As for the relationship issues across the board I think this episode is the perfect vehicle for it, as I've never been to any typical event that leads to more hookups then weddings (except perhaps a university cast party). I think Finn is too worried to be honest yet. He's still very young and very unexperienced. And for Finn, who at this point feels like he is lost, isn't emotionally mature enough to realize that being honest quick, while often can be very painful is still usually the better option. Curious about people today who are younger. Back when I starting dating late 70's early 80's going out on dates with someone didn't mean you were in a relationship. Usually we would use things like do you want to be serious, do you want to be exclusive. These were absolutely conversations we had. Just like for me parents generation it was do you want to go steady. And having sex didn't indicate any dating status. What do people say today to indicate that you are in a relationship and or expected to be exclusive (or in an open relationship).

IM GONNA GET DINNER AND THEN WATCH THIS. ps if you don’t like this episode…🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
