This represents my sentiments exactly. I'm not too mad at Fred. She is though the one who always stuck up for Wesley. I was always most upset at Cordy (while Angel and Gunn reacted with anger shows that they care and are hurt by what they consider betrayal) she never reacted or tried to even talk with Wesley. I never liked her for that and going forward never cared for the character that much anymore.

It makes my rewatch difficult because I really like season 5. It is interesting to see that someone loves this season! The first time I meet someone whose favorite season is season 4. Good on you!

2021-10-12 18:06:50 +0000 UTC“I’ll take away your bucket” God I love Wesley. From a bumbling Watcher to a legit badass, easily my favourite character in the buffyverse. His character development is incredible! Yeah Fred’s line “You just don’t care do you?” Is so stupid. Wesley saved Angel, spent weeks looking for him and gave him his own blood to help him. I also loved Angel at the end “ we live as the would ought to be, to show it what it can be.” He loves his son, but he did just try to kill him so staying with them not the best idea.
