i remember talking to one of my friends about the show and he brought up a super interesting point. we root for rick and his group because that's who we were introduced to. would we maybe root for some of the other groups they encounter if that's who'd been introduced to us first? everyone is just trying to survive and do what they have to, including rick's group. it was a really interesting conversation and a mindset that def. stuck with me.
