This is, hands down, the best plot twist I've seen in AGES. One of the best episodes in this entire series. Nell's story just BREAKS me. She's been haunted by her own death her entire life. That's just the saddest self fulfilling prophecy. I was really anxious that you guys would figure out that she's the bent neck lady before the reveal (cuz I've seen one or two reactors who did) and I'm REALLY glad you didn't because your reaction was EVERYTHING. I can't wait for the next episode, which as others have mentioned, is a friggin masterpiece. Everything about this series is just on point tbh.

But if you remember the convo theo had with his mother, she mentioned it was only the women in the family who has it. Nell can see the future, and Shirley can see the present? she talked in her sleep and murmured "Nelly is in the red room" when she jolted up awake on the timeline when Nelly dies. I remember watching this the first time and hating the bent neck lady for haunting nell and for "killing" arthur. But man, when finding out she's the bent neck lady all along was sf heart breaking. I wasn't scared of her then knowing she's her own ghost that haunted her her whole life :( i just feel sad for her. Ugh. A cherry on the fucking top in all of writing, acting, direction, score, cinematography in this episode. AND THE NEXT. Can't wait for yall to see one of the best thing I've seen on tv!

And even though we keep seeing some of the same events over and over from different perspectives, it never drags out or feels boring. Even after having watched the show multiple times.
