Ngl, the best part of these Friends reactions are lowkey David's enthusiasm as he rocks out to the theme song. I end up rocking out to it with him. Phoebe's still the best for me. Her humor is just super weird and that's adorable. And her loyalty to her friends is wonderful. I love her so much. Joey and Chandler's bromance is one of the Top 5 things that make Friends as amazing as it is. They're all such wonderful friends and we basically see them grow into a family but Chandler and Joey are just on another level. Their bromance might be the best relationship on this show.

2021-11-05 15:01:03 +0000 UTCooh i also want to touch in and say i really like how ross is progressing with carol and susan. like he's able to maintain a friendship and balance with carol, the kisses on the cheek, the supportiveness, and even have friendly banter with susan that is more friendly than the hostile remarks we saw previously. i love the three of them's interactions to together as they get more and more excited for their baby as it all becomes more and more real to them. it's really lovely to see

2021-11-03 11:58:57 +0000 UTCJoey "correcting" himself to say "uncle" makes it sound like he accidentally gave away that it was a girl and not-so-smoothly tried to cover it up by offering the other gender, so I don't see how Ross would've figured it out from that.

The joke is that he idiotically thinks she's given it away and moronically quickly tries to rebalance the 50/50. More than likely Ross would have just assumed Joey is being stupid again. If anything, he might think that Joey knows it's a girl and is trying to foolishly misdirected him. Which ironically would have worked if he thought that. It's true a joke is perhaps less funny when you over think it and then you try explain it. π€£
