I'll grant that erin is a bit more but its almost an extension of her SUPER Child-like, innocent, gullible, & sweet nature as a character which I sort of see justifying it in the world of The Office. Now, if she was just a doe-doe brained moron with none of the wholesome, likeable qualities that would be a whole different case.
