It's always interesting to see how people from other countries react to anything Finland related, as it is pretty common that people don't tend to know much about Finland. But great reaction!

Her real-life persona was actually mentioned on the show in the first season episode with the Physics Bowl when Leonard, Howard and Raj were looking for a fourth team member (The Bat Jar Conjecture). The other person they mentioned in that episode was Mayim Bialik who used to play Blossom on the show with the same name and who earned a PhD in neuroscience in real life.
