I actually like season 5 more than I remember, it really does a great job of using everyone to their greatest strengths. It made me care so much more about all the new characters. Season 6a is my absolute favorite hands down though. I can't wait to see David react. It's so good.

2021-11-30 22:54:17 +0000 UTCAs explained Belasko is the weird werewolf that broke out of the wall and went after Scott during the first episode and get referenced a little throughout the season. Theo had the hope that he could use the talons to drain the Beasts power into himself. Deucalian lied saying that it would kill him, I think somehow Deucalian was feeding info to Scott, and Scott knew Malia would either be killed or have to kill her mom. He realized with the talons Malia could drain what ability the Desert Wolf had left and not have to kill her. The reveal that Deucalian and even Chris Argent were all on Scotts side is brilliant. Such an amazing season. Love it more and more each time I watch it.

2021-11-30 14:38:31 +0000 UTC5A and B is criminally underrated, I feel like it gets better every time I watch it. Itβs definitely a mixed bag within the fandom but Iβve been seeing a lot more ppl appreciating it lately, which makes me happy bcuz it deserves it.

The talons can absord the power of the one they stab and transfer them to the one wearing them. Theo got a hold of the talons and was discouraged from using them by Deucalion who said that if anyone other than Belasko whore them they would die. It was oubviously a lie that Scott and Deucalion planned in case to be able to save malia.
