Lana turned 18 in 4x1. Jason was coming to her apartment to get her for her birthday when she woke up on the floor with no memory.

2021-12-05 02:15:41 +0000 UTCClark hasn't discovered or learned Freeze Breath as a power yet that is why Martha told him to put out the fire with his hands. Right now it's Strength, speed, invulnerability, x-ray vision, heat vision, and super hearing.

2021-12-05 01:47:11 +0000 UTCThe code breaker guy that was in Jail with Clark was the same guy in Angel 2x2 in the hotel in the 50's as the bell hop who was weirded out by Angel and was happy he was hung.

2021-12-01 18:47:24 +0000 UTCThe woman was played by Margot Kidder who used to be Lois Lane opposite Christopher Reeve's Superman. However she didn't appear in Superman III. In that movie Superman's girlfriend was Lana Lang, played by Annette O'Toole, who is Martha Kent here on Smallville. BTW: Christopher "Reeve", not "Reeves". But in the 50s Superman was played by George Reeves. Confusing, right? ;-)

2021-12-01 18:45:20 +0000 UTCClark's blood has been used in the previous season to bring people back to life, why wouldn't having his soul in another person's body cure them of their ailments.

2021-12-01 12:44:54 +0000 UTCHey steven let clear up some things. Also anyone feel free to correct me if ive got any of this wrong. So the idea is that the Kyptonian essence of Clark Kent within a feeble dying human was enough to cure Lionel of his ailments. Not only that but also drastically change something else within him profoundly as stated Now i know the 2nd part of my comment is harder to fathom. Like, how can the essence of someone change somebody from bad to good? I guess the writers added that in to bolster the Hype/greatness of Clarks Kyptonian being/spirit but not only that but the writer also viewed Lionel malicious, darkned heart as a sickness as well and thus Kal-el’s essence not only cured Lionel from his physical ailments but drastically had an effect on his being as well. The idea was this change happened because something so Pure/Good/Other worldly (Clark’s Kryptonian essence) was inside Lionel (PAUSE) lol

2021-12-01 07:08:29 +0000 UTCThis is the first episode where I truly noticed that Tom Welling's acting had gotten a lot better from when the show started. He played a really good Lionel and it seems like they had a lot of fun on set switching characters and stuff from interviews.
