2021-12-29 04:25:13 +0000 UTCI sort of agree but if she had accepted it and let it go how many people would be saying "of course, Dexter gets away with it again on some flimsy excuse"? But, I was expecting a flimsy excuse and credit to the writers, he told MOSTLY the truth and it was VERY plausible.

2021-12-22 01:00:57 +0000 UTCI do love a lot of the show, but parts of the writing still don't work all the time. Just something forced about parts of the narrative. Not a fan over her justification for being angry at Dexter either. She already knew, and fully accepted, he had a past he didn't want to talk about and wanted to leave behind. That means the only thing she didn't know extra to that was the equivalent of a name change - something that when you even do it officially and are living a life with that new name you don't tell people about anyway. Sure he did it in a very unconventional way, but it is still the same thing essentially and as I can't get behind her being angry at having changed his name in the past, her anger to the level she has makes no sense.

2021-12-17 17:52:46 +0000 UTCMy favorite episode so far. Absolutely loved Dexter "confronting" Kurt to save Molly in the most "Dexter" way possible. Loved the pivot toward the room. Now Dexter knows about Kurt, but he can't share his tape with Angela. He would have to explain the taping. Does he help Angela or make the same mistake he's made so many times and "keep him for his table"? If he helps Angela with his forensics knowledge will everyone else find out he is Dexter Morgan? Will Molly find out and be curious and put things together? Can Dexter "save" Harrison from himself and also from Kurt? So many questions! Such a dangerous situation for Dexter everywhere you turn. I hate waiting a whole week to find out, argh!!
