I personally love both The Boys and Umbrella Academy! I just have seen both shows have many, many reactors reacting to it. I just want someone to react to shows like Leverage, where literally nobody ever reacts to it. It’s an underrated show that doesn’t get the recognition it deserves.

I completely agree with you, Ceara. I do not understand why so many people love The Umbrella Academy. From what little I have seen of it, it's a terrible show. And it always wins whenever it's in a poll no matter what other shows are on them. Same goes for The Boys... another terrible show that always wins. I don't understand it.

Man, I miss Leverage. Based on your enjoyment of Psych, think you'd really like it. I saw your reaction to the pilot and really hoped you'd pick it it up. It's just a fun show with great characters and a great premise. Plus, due to how the show is set up, each episode kind of explores a new genre/new world for the thieves to play in. The take downs also just make you feel good. The rich and corrupt get theirs! Yey! And our lovable misfits triumph after overcoming obstacles in a very enjoyable way. There are lots of other good shows in the polls but I truly think that Leverage is the most fun. In my opinion, White Collar is amazing in the beginning but loses steam. Fringe is the opposite and has an amazing last season. And I thought UA's second season was better than the first but the show is also kind of a mess, though mostly an entertaining mess. But Leverage is fun throughout its run and I was very much disappointed when it ended. Hoping you get to it soon!

Weird...I thought the first season of UA was far better than the second. The plot was super tight and I loved all the interesting side characters. Season 2 didn't have the humor and honestly got a bit boring imo. I watched season 1 three times, but I watched season 2 once and that was enough for me. Funny how people can see things differently!! :)

Interesting to see how the comments differ from the poll results... There are a ton of comments for Fringe even though it's not winning, and far fewer comments for UA (even some negative ones). I like UA quite a bit, it's a lot of fun, especially the second season which I think is a major improvement on the first (a rarity among hit shows these days). So I'm on board with that, even though lots of other people have done reactions to it. But I'll add my voice to the chorus for Fringe. Amazing show, hardly any reactions to it, seems like it might be up your alley in terms of the stuff you generally like, and has a good mix of episodic "monster of the week" stuff and serialized overarching mystery... the entire first season is basically a prologue. So yeah, Fringe gets my vote.

Fringe is also just a great reaction show. I think people just vote for what they've seen, though, so the Netflix stuff always ends up getting a lot of votes. I wish he didn't do this through polls. Not that Umbrella Academy is bad, mind you, or that he shouldn't do it. It's just going to be pretty hard for Fringe to ever win one of these things. I'll keep voting for it though.

Agreed. I feel like 30 Rock and Arrested Development would definitely help round out the important sitcom roster as well. But some of those long run sitcoms (Friends and 30 Rock) are big commitments on the schedule, so I get if they try not to add to many of those.

I would love to see another prestige drama, although they don't get the votes. (Downton, Mad Men, Mindhunter). But just because of where Steven is in Doctor Who, I'm super rooting for Broadchurch, because it feels time sensitive, in that I think it will make the transition to the 13th doctor interesting to have watched that first. And it's only 24 episodes total. Trying to have a couple of slots for 30 episode or less shows might be a good way to get to more total requests. My only other thought is Misfits > Umbrella Academy. Change my mind. lol.

I would have voted for Charmed, but I honestly think he might have some problem getting through it. I think the special effects might be a big hurdle to get over, based on some of the comments from Buffy (which, lets face it, has much better special effects) with that being said - I wouldn't have a problem if Charmed wins. Fringe is undoubtedly the most appropriate replacement if you're looking to fill the same sort of slot that Person of Interest filled. It's almost the same exact length and went through similar hurdles as Person did as well. It's also another one of those shows that has basically no reactions to as well. I think you'd really enjoy it.

The problem with this list is that there are a lot of genres of shows to replace a drama, action series. Many of them not falling under that umbrella. Fringe would definitely be the best continuation of POI. So any Fringe fans out there please vote Fringe. Steven would love this show for sure.

Really hoping for Fringe, but I think a good strategy might be to first narrow the list down a bit, then do a round of pilot reactions for those shows (unless there already is one for said shows) then it would be easier to see what you could really sink your teeth into. I do think Fringe would be a perfect substitute for POI for several reasons and I don't know of any reactors reacting to it. Maybe I just haven't found them yet.
