I feel so so bad for Max getting treated like shit from everyone :(( I agree Mike treats her bad I guess he thinks she’s taking El’s place. He’s needs to get over himself lol. Yes they are trying to protect her from all this as well but it just sucks to see Max get treated badly. Also El had used this radio thing in the school once to connect to Will in S1 remember when she was with the boys with that radio shack or something . So it’s not the first time she’s using this medium to connect to the world in between without water- the tub or pool.

2021-02-16 21:15:23 +0000 UTCMike is being a dick to Max, but the reason they're blocking her out of some of their group talks is because they all had to sign contracts with the government swearing secrecy. Nancy and John lied over the phone, knowing the government was listening to them, to lure them out. and that scientist guy basically threatened them that if they talk to anyone they could b potentially killed to silence them and this is exactly why the kids are excluding max for some of this stuff. Mike is excluding her from everything because he's a dick, but the other stuff the group wants to tell her but they know they could endanger her if they do.
