First on the finale: -Mahone and Whistler have clearly been colluding and planned to link up in some way. It's also why Whistler escaped exactly when he saw Lincoln was about to shoot Mahone and kill him. He was saving an ally. You'll find out more next season. But yeah Mahone and Whistler made a plan to at the very least meet up. Next. McGrady. Panamanian authorities can't go to Columbia to arrest someone. No jurisdiction. There's actually a belief McGrady was supposed to have been revealed to be gay and he was in Sona for "giving a guy a..." but they were never gonna outright reveal it. Being gay is pretty frowned upon my most conservative governments in Latin America. They revisit this for a new character much much later. Other than that, not much more to the finale. Now onto the season as a whole. Remember, this was supposed to be the mid-season finale and was only the finale due to the Hollywood writer's strike that year. There were tons and tons more plans that now I can talk about. So now that we know Whistler is with the company, it was going to be revealed it was him who killed Teague (the prisoner who knew Whistler) and framed Mahone for it. Teague was asking too many questions and too curious so he had to kill him. That bomb Lincoln bought was going to be used later in a major death after they failed to kill Gretchen with it. Ill get more into after the first episode of season 4. Thats really where all the loose ends are tied up and don't wanna spoil.

If you didn't notice it when Whistler got there and Mahone said "You're late" the shot pans over to the clock on top of the bank where Mahone was actually looking. Mahone and Whistler probably made the plan to meet while they were digging the tunnel together and since Mahone has more experience with the company he probably called bull on Whistler and he told Mahone something that would make Mahone work with Whistler on something. We don't know what yet. You'll find out in Season 4. Regarding the kid, I honestly think he got to Sona by delivering drugs across the border accidentally from Colombia and that's what he meant, all I did was give a guy... something. I think he was Colombian not Panamese and he lived in a town near the border. That's also probably why his dad visited less than regular. That makes the most sense and that's why they didn't go to Colombia after the family. They probably couldn't.

Also about Louis, they went across the border and into columbia where i guess he isnt wanted and probably doesnt have extradiction to panama.
