I personally like this episode. I like Hannah as a character, and i liked Dexter and Hannah together. What you might be sensing i believe is the writers confusion over what to do and what to make exactly with Hannah's character. I believe you will realize that her character, while quite interesting and Yvonne's performance and presence is amazing, is somewhat inconsistent, because (i believe) the writer's flip flopping in regards to her character. Can't say more in fear of spoilers.
