She's battle hardened and her pure friendship with Anakin that is ultimately broken is the reason she won't allow herself to train Grogu. Bottom line is if you like Ahsoka, you'll like Clone Wars, she is the core of the series, from beginning to end.

It'll fill in the gaps of the little stuff ya'll aren't sure about, not to mention by comparison it is far, far better than Rebels which ya'll seemed to really like. You don't have to do the work to put it in chronological order, the list is right there on starwars.com.
