2021-03-02 17:22:13 +0000 UTCLike everyone has said killing an innocent turns a were-anything turns their eyes blue. If you notice Peter now has blue eyes. They never say what innocent he killed but I think it was his niece, as an alpha he had red but when he came back without those powers he has blue eyes. Scott is very much holding back. I think even though he is no longer afraid to shift he is afraid of fully being an Alpha because the only other one he was around is Peter. That’s where his original fear came from and I think it’s still limiting him. As others have said Scott is also extremely moral. He wants to help everyone and that’s not bad but it also limits him. I do feel with his dad being an FBI agent and his mom a nurse he’s been surrounded by his parents trying to save people so of course that is Scott at his core. He is a good person down deep and sometimes I think he doesn’t know how to blend that with his wolf side.

2021-03-02 07:36:27 +0000 UTCI agree with you. I feel like they really under use Scott's alpha powers this season. To be fair to Scott though, he still fights being a werewolf and doesn't like killing people or hurting them. So he holds back a lot. Scott is always trying to choose the non violence path since season 1. He is still learning how to navigate this whole true alpha thing and I believe he never really came to handle his powers since something or the other is always happening to him and his pack. If Scott ever mastered his powers he would be a force to be reckoned with..who knows..maybe he does..lets see.

Betas or omegas that kill innocents will have blue eyes. Since Derek killed his young girlfriend that was innocent he has blue eyes and since Malia killed her innocent sister and mother she has blue eyes. Betas or omegas that haven’t killed innocents will always have the yellowish-orangish eyes. Alphas will always have the red eyes.
