2021-11-08 01:39:50 +0000 UTCWhen you have a concert there are lots of things you need to do to ensure crowd safety - limit the # of people to the venue's capacity, hire sufficient security, etc. There's all sorts of protocols to avoid that kind of accident, which Juliette disregarded when she sent out a mass public invite to a show in a tiny store, especially since she draws in very young, excitable fans. The store wasn't prepared for that many people because the event the record label set up was a small, intimate show. She didn't intend for anyone to get hurt, but it was poor judgment (which went unchecked because she hasn't hired a qualified manager yet). Ultimately she's responsible for her fans' safety, which is why people were pissed at her.
