lucifer isnt actually there its in sam's head it was just his brain screwing with him by using one of his worst experiences which was lucifer and everything he did to him as fuel. I have schizophrenia so i know some of what thats like but its no where near as bad for me so its really hard to see sam go through that cause he acts very well. i knew when i first saw these episodes that when sam started giving in to his hallucination and asking "lucifer" for help with the case with the murder guy, that it was gonna take control of him and that he was gonna start having a really rough time. great reaction as always.
