I think the reason Harvey was so against this merger is trust. He doesn't know Darby well enough and neither does Jessica. And they just have been betrayed by so many people in a row that it's hard for Harvey to trust that Darby won't do the same. Especially bc he knows Scottie is attached to it, who he knows he can't trust either. Plus, the fact that Jessica would rather bring in an outside source than fight with Harvey alone makes him angry bc it makes him feel like Jessica doesn't trust him either. And now Jessica has retaliated and that makes Harvey distrust Jessica even more .. this is now officially war.

I still don’t understand what the big deal about what she did was? She didn’t ‘lie’ for self gain she did it for them both. Honestly, Harvey deserved to lose. And yes the way they all talk to each other is so harsh. I definitely couldn’t deal with it if I was a lawyer😭
