You're right, Steven. That is supposed to be Eli Bradley so hopefully we'll get to see him (and more of Isaiah's backstory) in the MCU after this little teaser. I'm not sure if The Flag Smashers are in the comics, but I definitely like how Marvel is making these relatable "villains." After the snap, country borders were essentially gone and there was a sense of shared community so, of course, if you're used to this way for 5 years, it makes sense for people to be upset with governments coming back and trying to revert things, focusing efforts only on those who came back and not also on the people that were left behind. Add on to the fact that it looks like the Flag Smashers (or at least Karli) are *also* running from someone (judging from that text she got), it makes me wonder if the Smashers aren't as "bad" as they're being perceived to be. I can definitely see John Walker taking on the serum because he feels like he needs it to compete with Cap's legacy and going down that more evil path. The cop car scene was realistic, but it was too much after the Isaiah Bradley thing. It's like, I see what you're trying to do, Marvel, but it felt unnecessary for *this* episode.
