Oh, how I hated the summoning scene. This doesn't happen in the books, and was such a forced way to deal with Alec's feelings and homosexuality. It was hard to appreciate the change.

2021-07-03 08:00:40 +0000 UTCThe actor who plays Jace, Dominic Sherwood, has something called sectoral heterochromia, which makes his eyes appear in different colors, in his case, one of his eyes is blue, and the other is half-blue-half-brown. I think Simon's story is very cool and at the end, it seemed like he was drawn to going back to Camille/the downworlder place, rather than it being an active choice. After all, we basically saw him in a haze after seeing human blood. He's not 100% fully there.

2021-05-12 11:00:29 +0000 UTCAlthough he is trying to protect his family, I'm pretty sure he uses that as an excuse to let the feelings caused by jealousy through. He is so repressed that he won't let himself do anything "suspicious" that would give even the tiniest bit of his feelings away in front of Jace, so he uses Clary, who he notices Jace has a thing for, to let out his pent up emotions.

Magnus interested in Alec, Alec panicking because of the interest of Magnus, then Alec trying to hide his feelings for Jace, and Jace and Clary being into each other but not doing anything about it. So as the only doing what she wants and who she wants she was saying that the little hiding game that they are all playing was pathetic.
