That is the ring Nick bought in the very first episode. He was going to propose in that episode but than everything happened with his Aunt Marie. He is the one that changed his mind, Juliette just happened to find the ring while putting away clothes and got expectations of him proposing on their anniversary. Nick moved the trailer because he was warned to keep it safe as well as the Key his Aunt gave him. No one can know about the trailer except trusted people.
