2021-06-05 01:36:33 +0000 UTCokay so how the whole pipline thing went down: Ava wanted to build the pipeline and bc Darby is her trusted lawyer and friend to help her. Darby then told Stephen to take care of it and Stephen called Marigua and told him to do whatever it takes (meaning if you gotta kill them, then do it), Marigua then calls Nick to settle the payment. Nick emails Ava how big his cut of the payment was but Ava thought she paid for a bribe when she in fact paid for murder. So basically it's all Stephen's fault bc he knew Marigua would kill those people and then let Ava and Darby take the blame even though they "just" wanted to bribe them. What I love most about this reveal is that Donna set Mike in motion to figure it out and when Harvey saw how much Stephen hurt Donna in the process as well he lost his cool and finally kicked the shit out of him. As for Louis's cat trial: no you're not supposed to be on Louis's side. He just wanted it so badly and let that escalate in typical Louis fashion ;)
