Also Prison Break was on Fox and season 4 happened in 2009 and this episode aired in 2014 , then season 5 of Prison Break aired in 2017, so I think they cast Wentworth Miller as Captain Cold just because he is a brilliant actor, and than casted Dominic Purcell as Heatwave just because of their amazing on screen chemistry

2021-06-15 11:40:34 +0000 UTCPrison Break had long since ended at this point. But it was brought back for a limited series revival a couple years after this. I believe this was about 5 years after its initial run ended, so this was just a fun little reunion for these actors.
