Aww, I'm so sad this is your last Castle reaction. There are so many amazing episodes I really wanted your reaction to but I'm so glad you managed to see this amazing two parter. I was worried because when he was mentioned in season 4 as the one giving Castle access into the CIA you were not down with the story and ever since then I was worried you would not like the reveal. Which is amazing and worth praising. One of the best two parter of any show I've seen.

2022-03-16 10:27:23 +0000 UTCMy all-time favorite Castle two parter. Like you said David they hit all the right notes when handling the reveal of Hunt being Castle's dad. Nathan and James were so good in those scenes and though the words were great what really made those scenes for me was all the emotion behind the words not said..

I couldn't remember which season he would pop up and when I saw the last episode I was so excited for you to watch. I do feel bad for Gaston. He really was trying to find Alexis and like he said if he'd actually known who Castle and Alexis were, he'd have never gotten involved and then he ended up dead. And like Hunt said Gaston was out of his depth and didn't know it. This plot was so good.
