Oh, Dear God... the second Blaine storyline of the entire season and it is almost just as ridiculous as the first one. Blaine's storyline did have some potential, as evidenced by how it was wrapped up, but it kind of made him seem like a jackass who could only have their relationship work if he feels like he is the desired, well-off one in the relationship. They could have centered more on Blaine's insecurities (and the fact that the boy clearly needs therapy, he's been having these intense attachment and self-esteem issues since Season 3) and have turned it into a meaningful storyline. But what they wrote, for the most part, is all just a load of crap. The Artie storyline didn't bother me as much. I actually thought it was an easy progression... based on how Artie treated women in high school. They just went way too far with the whole STD thing, but doesn't Glee always go to far? But they also say in the episode that it could be treated, that doesn't mean that it isn't uncomfortable or could make you feel some type of way. One of the weirdest parts of the episode to me was Mercedes performing a secular song in church, without even throwing in a God in there somewhere lol It's an amazing song though.

I don't know where or who was smoking when they came up with STD artie (tbh these writers were on something the entire show, but season 6 they took some hardcore shit because all of that was a fever dream. But yea it could've been done 10x better not even just this episode, but most of the new york stuff. The first 2 ny eps are better than the last 4 imo because they just feel misplaced and out of no where and these episodes have a ton of unimportant/forgettable scenes that really has no story attached (besides rachels). It sucks to see that he won't even know about the glee coming back, the only thing he will see is the choir room at the end of the season finale so hopefully he can put together the pieces because currently at this point of the show there is no return of the glee club and he won't know it until season 6 and he's always talking about it and the feeling of glee being lost, so it's sad he won't be able to experience that himself, because we won't be getting the last 13 reactions, which is a bummer because I know he doesn't dislike this show but at the place he's at right now Glee lost it's touch and had boring storylines, and it sucks knowing his last reactions aren't going to be him fully enjoying most of the time, while s6 did have some really well done scenes, season 6 is above 5 for me. Even though the season 5 finale is the weakest season finale of the show, due to there not being really a story its just a wrap up of new york it seems like. I know this show has a special place in David's heart, and it hurts to see him finish on these episodes and not return for season 6 to enjoy the music or the scenes, because most of it imo is watchable, entertaining, and yes it gets bad but it's not boring bad, it's entertaining bad, which is what the new york episodes were lacking. They were just bland and boring. If you remove an episode from a show and it doesn't change anything, then that episode is pointless (some exceptions), and I would put this episode under its category. However this isn't the worst of the New York episodes sadly, it's the poorly written but Episode 19 was a horror show and not needed....(props to C.C, but he should've stuck with the Miley Cyrus tribute episode)

A lot of new college students (Especially those who are away from home in Dorm's) are in places were its vastly easier to meet and hook up with people. And casual sex just takes off for a lot of people in college. So Artie's story has potential (they f'ed it up big time easily the worst of the group).

These last season 5 episodes are probably the worst episodes of glee from here until the end of the show/boring. Season 6 has it's negatives but it really brings back the feeling that you had watching the show during 1-3 and it really really sucks knowing he won't be able to finish the show and react to it's comeback season (season 6)
