Well, Nathan's reasons have a little more to them, but as of right now what we are shown, yes he and Brooke are basically doing the same thing. If you're going to be mad at Brooke be mad at Nathan too. He's being equally ridiculous.

2022-04-17 21:41:20 +0000 UTCI think Nathan and Brooke are basically doing the same thing. But I am not a big fan of either of their actions. Brooke has a right to still be hurt and not able to trust Lucas. But, at the same time, she cannot play jealous girlfriend. I understand that she wants Lucas to dedicate himself to her, but she didn't really give him a chance to see it through until pushing him toward Rachel, just to be angry about it when Lucas didn't do much of anything. Also, the "never hit me again" when she's the one who slapped Rachel first. Please. I love Brooke, and know her decision-making comes from a place of pain, but it also comes from a sense of entitlement that has always rubbed me the wrong way. Nathan's methods are just plain weird, because he's trying to replicate a situation that cannot be replicated. Like, she doesn't want to work with Chris anymore, so you want to force her into it, just to have a chance again with you? Isn't it good that she doesn't want to work with him? Idk... oh well. Everyone was kind of acting like a fool this episode too - Lucas included. Nathan was an a-hole to him, but to pick a fight with him before March Madness was a bit insane lol

2022-04-16 18:42:06 +0000 UTCI was just coming to see if anyone told him. Yes, Jensen and Danneel set Hilarie up with Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and it was a perfect match!! <3

2022-04-07 00:47:34 +0000 UTCDon't know if anyone has mentioned this yet, but Rachel is actually played by Daneel Harris/Ackles, who is Jensen Ackles' (Dean Winchester) wife. And Hilarie Burton (the actress who plays Peyton) is married to the actor who plays John Winchester...

2022-04-06 16:33:07 +0000 UTCRachel is a controversial character, and for good reason, but I always kinda liked her. The only reason I think Brooke took a disliking to her was 1) because she showed an interest in Lucas and 2) because she could outbitch Brooke lol Also, the song that Rachel auditioned to is Play by David Banner.

2022-04-06 13:38:18 +0000 UTCI think Brooke is playing these games bc she is very scared to commit to Lucas again. I mean, he was the first guy she ever loved and he broke her heart. I get that it seems annoying but as Brooke said here, she needs him to fight for her, to prove to her that this time he really is commited to her and it's not just momentarily. Similar to Nathan with Haley, Brooke needs Lucas to prove she can trust him this time around.

2022-04-06 11:07:44 +0000 UTCHaley wasn't gone a year. Seasons 1 and 2 were Junior year. She came back before summer started and just started Senior year. She was gone for like 2 months at the most. Things will start picking up the next few episodes and then the rest of the season is really good. Season 3 started a little slow.
