And Cuddy doesn't seem that good with emotion either, definitely better than House, but I think she is even less likely to open up to him because he has such a history to either become a jackass or just shut down in order to push people away, so to me it seems she is a bit vulnerable too, because it's important to her. Part of it is definitely being childish of course lol, playing his game
