Yeah, like Mitochondria said...it's basically when he makes himself into a better person that he breaks the loop. They used to make uplifting movies like this about people becoming better, which was the point of the movie. As you notice at the beginning...he's pretty selfish and not a good person. He tries to even fake being good for the middle part of the movie. However, it isn't until he actually changes and becomes good and learns to put others first that he breaks the loop.

2022-05-14 20:41:20 +0000 UTCIt’s just my thought, but I think the end came when he just completely changed 180 from who he was. And genuinely meant everything he said and did. That nothing was a act anymore and that broke the loop. I wasn’t really thinking it had some complicated reason behind it.
