The director of the episode and the Castle fanboy in the beginning was none other than Commander William Riker from Star Trek - The next generation, Jonathan Frakes and the weapons maker was Armin Shimerman or Quark from Star Trek - Deep Space Nine. Let's not forget the song at the end by the one and only William Shatner.

2021-12-29 13:47:50 +0000 UTCI had a feeling this would not be one of your favorites. Like you said you aren't very familiar with SciFi so you wouldn't understand what makes this episode so fun. Part of it was just a fun play to the camera and a nod to Nathan Fillion's history with the genre. He is very known in the SciFi world because of Firefly and Serenity and when he goes to Comic Con the fans go crazy for him even to this day. I loved how we got to see a fun and light side of Beckett. We don't get that often so when we do it is great. Next episode is interesting as well. I can't wait to see if you like it.
