I think you might be misinterpreting Jason’s nightmare, so yes he was fighting Clark over Lana but you need to listen to what he says to her. He tells her that she’s not safe from him, Clark can’t protect her from him no one can. This is right after he found out or suspects that he didn’t meet her by accident, if we’re going off the previous episode where he had the conversation with his mom in the car.

2022-01-03 02:58:26 +0000 UTCThe next stretch of episodes are pretty good in my opinion. This episode was the winter finale so there are 12 episodes left in the season. In the backhalf, I would say about 75% of them are pretty great one-off episodes. Best part is, as solid as these episodes are, we are getting closer to season 5 which is a highlight of the series.
