Also just as an explanation why Louis yelled at Donna so much: there are two reasons for that. 1) He was waiting on Harvey, so all the anger and sense of betrayal he felt he wanted to let out on Harvey but since he wasn't here as he said Donna would have to do. 2) Out of all the people at the firm, he considered Donna his genuine friend - she never had a hidden agenda like Harvey or Jessica or betrayed him like Mike. So to figure out that she actually did betray him by protecting Harvey and Mike, hurt him in a different way. He always fully trusted Donna and now he feels like that trust has been broken. We as the audience know ofc that Donna genuinely cared about him as a friend and never meant anything malicious by protecting Mike and Harvey, but Louis doesn't know that. From his pov Donna is just as much of a liar as the others now.

2022-01-06 23:07:55 +0000 UTCWhat an episode! Definitely one of my favorites. I think Jessica didn't just do what she did out of ego bc as she said once she allows Louis to take clients all the other partners have an exit strategy as well, so she had to choose: her firm or Louis. And Jessica has always been Team Firm.
