Exactly! Katrina is without a job and Rachel was simply doing her a favor by getting her a job with her dad. After all the loyalty Katrina has shown, she truly deserves that.

2022-01-15 11:21:55 +0000 UTCI think in his mind Louis finding out Mike's secret just confirmed all his insecurities as fact. He now thinks that nobody ever trusts him, he's never been part of the team, all his friendships within the firm are fake. Now we as the audience know that that's not true and that especially Rachel and Donna truly care about him as a person. Is he a full-blown villain though? I don't think so. He is very hurt atm and when Louis is hurt he becomes brutal and crosses that line you're talking about. But I understand why nobody ever told him bc Louis's reaction would've been THIS.
