2022-02-22 13:31:51 +0000 UTCThere's just some movies/shows/songs that bring the nostalgia big time and this movie did just that. The songs in it too...makes me wish I'm still in the single digit when this was just released. I will say that they keep bringing up Fat Louie cuz in the books he's a big part of Miaβs life so they just wanted that reflected here. I'm also not a huge fan of movie Lily. Book Lily was better. Here it just came off as Lily being a entitled prissy "friend" who was mad that Mia got a HAIRCUT of all things, that she maybe wanted to look nicer??, and then immediately was ok w it when she found out Miaβs royalty. Hmm. They missed out on so many great characters from the books tbh...
