2022-02-22 05:47:08 +0000 UTCI’ve been waiting for your reaction to this ending all season, and it did not disappoint. I’ve seen this episode many times and still get choked up. I’m one of those viewers who doesn’t feel that the series went down in quality when Steve Carell left. I think it allows for the rest of the cast to have more of a chance to grow and expand their characters. It definitely takes on a different feel, but I really hope you give it a fair shake. I’ve been watching you for a couple of years and have always felt that your reactions were fair and well thought out, even if I don’t always agree with your assessments.

2022-02-22 05:07:48 +0000 UTCDanny Cordray was the traveling salesman...if you remember when they set up a sting operation in the building to try to steal his sales techniques. Yeah, it is definitely emotional. As cringey as Michael was as a character, it has also been shown how much he has cared about his employees. When watching these episodes I just think back to Pam's art show where nobody showed up (except Roy who left, and Oscar with his boyfriend who was insulting her paintings), but then Michael came through after having drove across town to get there (having just been humiliated by Ryan at his college presentation), and really showed his support for her.
