newt's death is always so heartbreaking everytime i've seen it. His death also is in the last book so those who read those first knew this was coming sadly :( In my opinion, the reason theresa just stood there instead of getting on is that she sacrificed herself. That she truly felt some guilt for what she had done and found the cure and she decided to let go. I could be wrong but that is the way I saw it. Regardless I really enjoyed this movie along with the other two.
