Exactly as said above as to why she would t get in trouble. And keep in mind when charges are filed in any case involving a death culpability is one of the determining factors, in other words whether the party was directly responsible but then also the mental capacity or the intent of the killer. In her case, even had the brothers gotten away with thw crime the most she could have possibly been charged with was manslaughter as there was no malicious intent. That's the basis of the statutes from First degree or Murder one to all lesser statutes. Then there are special federal statutes such as hate crimes which involves malicious intent on the basis of a protected class or identity. So thhen going back to culpability she likely would have also avoided even manslaughter charges on thw basis of her well documented mental history. Likely a judge would issue a mental health injunction and she'd probably become a ward of the state. Now given that her mental issues are fake, you still can't apply culpability to her. Take for example a case in which you have a drunk person who slams into your car at a high speed and forces your vehicle to slam into a pedestrian, killing them. Even though your car hit the pedestrian it was the criminal behavior of the drunk driver which was the primary cause of the death. Th same principle applies here. She would not have been in the situation which led to a person's death without the criminal behavior of the quadruplets. Initially it was her presumed mental health issues which kept her from charges, and once the truth was known I couldn't see why a prosecutor would even imagine charging her with anything unless they were corrupt.

Not only is Trubel the only Grimm right now in Portland but to her Nick is family and she wants to defend and protect him from danger just as he has helped her. Her reaction was toned down compared to what a Grimm would do that is not a cop. Nick as a cop can't just go around murdering wesen. Nick's mother would have just killed Shaw whereas Trubel just threatened him so that word would get around that just because Nick is no longer a Grimm there is still a Grimm in the area and under their protection. As we saw in this episode it wouldn't matter that Nick is not a Grimm anymore, they would still come after him to get revenge and Josh who has yet to show signs of becoming a Grimm himself is being targeted because his father was a Grimm.

I think the killing of the jogger would be added to the list of crimes her husband and his brothers committed since they influenced all the events that took place. I agree that Viktor was mentally torturing Adalind to get her to help the Royals again, I don't know if it was the food that caused the affects or the room in general since Viktor said when he put her in there that it was made specifically for a Hexenbiest.
