Nellie is my least favourite character, especially in this episode.

2022-10-28 21:24:55 +0000 UTCI actually love season 9, not every single episode but it has some of my favorite moments. And Nellie is hilarious,

2022-10-22 17:38:53 +0000 UTCI agree completely. However even the worst of The Office is worth watching in my personal opinion, especially since there are good episodes scattered out. But yes, the peak seasons of The Office are over and have been for a while

2022-10-22 14:27:31 +0000 UTCI think James Spader was a good casting choice. His character is very odd and doesn't exactly fit in but it's a good character nonetheless and James Spader is a phenomenal actor.

2022-10-21 20:01:10 +0000 UTCFrom here until the end of season 8, this is the absolute worst of The Office. Absolute pile of garbage, I have no idea what happened. I personally loved the Talahassee arc and from there they get to this in a span of an episode? Pff. I will make a point about Nellie and Robert on a later episode because I feel at this point it would be a spoiler. But these episodes are so hard for me to get through. Scott's Tots is childs play compared to these episodes for me :))

Nellie may have fit into the world of Ricky Gervais' The Office, but both she and Robert are too broad even in these late seasons when the other characters have been Flanders-ized. They also take up more screen time that could have been used to serve the rest of the very strong ensemble. It's a shame, but if you just roll with it, there are still some good moments here and there. And I really like Catherine Tate on her own show and as Donna but she's an awkward fit here.

2022-10-21 03:24:08 +0000 UTCI never understood this sub-plot. Seems like writers were struggling to find plots after Steve Carrell left. Don't get me wrong, there are some bomb episodes in these seasons but this one ain't it.
