its not like shows following the long movie storytelling of now, but it still.......has a story to tell that has a lot of interesting moments and dilemmas. this is just the "filler" it escapes this cycle at points

I agree that so far this season, even though it had great moments like rehab stuff, killing the dictator, House and Wilson friendship, all of them are short lived and you're more into a deeper arc which lasts for a whole season. This is temporary, there are definitely big storylines coming for some characters, some great moments ahead, I wouldn't give up until this season is fully finished. If you still feel this way after you completed it, then it's fine, wouldn't want you to watch something you don't enjoy. There is less engagement here in comments so perhaps you think people are not interested anymore, but I remember House had a decent amount of votes in the poll checking what shows are still wanted. It seems to me some people tune in for certain storylines more than others, favorite episodes or seasons are very different for everyone here, so whoever is not watching now, they might be next season.
